Referral policy

1. Definitions

The referral program (hereafter: the “Program”) offered by Visma | yuki aims to motivate existing Visma | yuki partners to recommend our software application (hereinafter “Yuki“) to accountants that have no contract  yet.

An existing Yuki user who actively recommends Yuki to others is hereafter referred to as a “Promotor”. For the purposes of clarity, only natural persons who work with Yuki as an accountant in an accountancy office at the time of the referral can be Promotors within the meaning of this Referral Policy

A natural person whose information is given by the Promotor is hereafter referred to as a “Referral”.

2. How to participate

Whenever Visma | yuki welcomes a Referral, we will reward the Promotor, provided that the conditions set out in this Referral Policy are met.

Visma | yuki sends every Promotor a form  where the Promotor can leave the information of another accountant whose business they believe might benefit from Yuki. Visma | yuki will then contact this accountant and try to book a demo.

Provided that the referral is not a partner of Visma | yuki yet, the Promotor receives a reward from Visma | yuki.

3. The rewards

Provided that the condition  above is met, Visma | yuki will award the following reward to the promotor: an apéro box from la Vitrine locale. 

Visma | yuki reserves the freedom to change the above reward temporarily or permanently.

Visma | yuki reserves the right not to accept a referral and not to award the corresponding reward if there is a suspicion of abuse of the Program. Any abuse will be grounds for exclusion from the Program.

4. Disclaimer

Visma | yuki reserves the right to change, limit and discontinue its Program at any time without any justification being required.

Visma | yuki shall, when discontinuing the Program, reasonably reward Promotors who would have been entitled to such rewards if the Program had not been discontinued.

5. General provisions

This Referral Policy serves as a binding agreement between all Promotors and Visma | yuki. Anyone who does not agree to the conditions in their entirety as set out in this document shall not be authorized to participate in the Program

Please be advised that Visma | yuki is entitled to update this Referral Policy by posting a new version on its website. Visma | yuki will always make the necessary efforts to inform Promotors of any significant changes to this Referral Policy. Still, Visma | yuki highly recommends Promotors to regularly consult the Referral Policy themselves.

Promotors agree to indemnify, defend and hold Visma | yuki harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach of this Referral Policy or any violation of applicable laws they may commit.

With regard to limitation of Visma | yuki liability, we refer to our general Terms of Service, available at https://yuki.be/algemene-voorwaarden/

These Conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute concerning the applicability or validity of this Policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Visma | yuki has its registered office.

A natural person who, with the Promotor’s assistance, agrees to book a demo for Yuki on behalf of a business that is not a Visma | yuki partner yet and was not a partner yet, is hereafter referred to as a “Referred partner”.

2. How to participate

Whenever Visma | yuki welcomes a Referred partner, we will reward the Promotor, provided that the conditions set out in this Referral Policy are met.

Visma | yuki sends every Promotor a form  where the Promotor can leave the information of another accountant whose business they believe might benefit from Yuki. Visma | yuki will then contact this accountant and try to book a demo.

Provided that the referred accountant was not a partner of Visma | yuki yet and  agrees to book a demo, the Promotor receives a reward from Visma | yuki.
